Opening an account with MICR Data is easy. You can apply one of two ways.
After applying you will receive a user name and password to place orders online.
1)Adobe Acrobat Version Choose this option to print a fully formatted application.
You will need the free Acrobat Reader to utilize this option.
2)Text Version This application can be printed by any system. Use monospaced type for proper alignment. Fill out and return to us.
